Job Description
Seeking an experienced Legal Assistant to support a high-volume Workers' Compensation practice with some Personal Injury cases. This is a fast-paced, remote role supporting two attorneys and managing heavy client and case communication.

Requirements

  • Prior legal office experience required
  • Workers' Compensation experience strongly preferred
  • PI or WC firm background highly preferred
  • Strong legal writing and communication skills
  • Comfortable with high phone volume
  • Proficient with Microsoft Word and case management software
  • Strong organization and ability to manage high caseloads
  • Able to work independently in a remote environment
