Requirements

  • 2-7 years civil litigation experience, defense experience preferred
  • Hands-on experience taking a case file from inception through resolution
  • Knowledge of products liability, toxic tort, and/or general liability law preferred
  • Admitted to practice in CA (admission in other jurisdictions a plus)
