Job Description
A growing wholesale mortgage lender is hiring a Senior Loan Processing Manager to lead and support loan processing operations across various loan production. The role is ideal for someone with strong processing experience, leadership ability, and the desire to grow with the company as it expands its pipeline and operations.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of mortgage or loan processing experience.
  • Previous team leadership or management experience preferred.
  • Experience with Non-QM, DSCR, Business Purpose, Bridge, RTL, or wholesale lending strongly preferred.
  • Strong understanding of mortgage documentation, compliance, and lending procedures.
  • Ability to manage multiple files, deadlines, and team workflows efficiently.
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • Professional leadership style with the ability to train and support team members.
  • Experience communicating with investor underwriters and third-party service providers.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and Adobe PDF.
  • Encompass experience preferred; experience with other lender LOS platforms may be considered.
