Remote Loan Processor- Hard Money experience required

Requirements

• Manage multiple active loan files from intake through closing readiness in a remote environment
• Process construction files end-to-end, coordinating borrower documentation and third-party items
• Process DSCR loans and ensure required documents are collected, reviewed for completeness, and packaged for underwriting
• Process fix-and-flip and bridge files for investor, non-owner-occupied properties, tracking conditions and timelines closely
• Order, track, and follow up on third-party items (title, insurance, appraisal, inspections or draw documentation if applicable)
• Partner closely with underwriters to understand conditions and communicate them clearly to borrowers and internal partners
• Identify issues early, resolve what you can, and escalate complex scenarios appropriately to keep timelines on track
• Maintain clean, accurate file notes and documentation so underwriting and closing can move efficiently
