Role OverviewAs a Medicare/Medicaid Eligibility Specialist (MMES), you will serve as a lifeline for Medicare members, making and receiving calls to help them navigate the often-confusing world of government benefits. You will be the voice of support and a trusted guide for members.
What You Will Do
You will make and receive calls with members needing to apply for or obtain or retain Medicaid, Medicare Savings Programs (MSP), and Low-Income Subsidies (LIS). You will gather and verify sensitive personal and financial details to ensure 100% accurate enrollment and recertification.

Requirements
- 2–3 years in healthcare, eligibility screening, case management, or high-touch customer service
- Knowledge of Medicaid, Medicare, SCHIP, or Special Needs Plans (SNP) is a major plus
- Ability to navigate multiple screens, Microsoft Teams, and Outlook while talking and typing
- Patience and ability to remain calm and professional in difficult conversations
- Critical thinking skills to manage difficult conversations and use probing questions to clarify information and find solutions
