Role OverviewWe are hiring licensed mental health professionals to provide virtual therapy for adults across Minnesota. This role focuses on delivering solution-focused care through secure telehealth platforms while maintaining a consistent weekday schedule.
What You Will Do
Conduct one-on-one teletherapy sessions with adult clients, create and update individualized treatment plans, monitor client progress, and encourage healthy coping strategies.

Requirements
- Master’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy or related field
- Active Minnesota license (LICSW, LMFT, LPCC)
- At least 2 years of clinical experience
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting
- Strong communication and technology skills
