Job Description
Remote Mortgage Closing Manager role responsible for leading and strengthening closing operations, managing workflow and pipeline activity, and ensuring borrowers have a strong experience at the finish line of the mortgage process.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of mortgage closing experience
  • At least 2 years of experience leading a team
  • Strong knowledge of residential closing processes, title insurance, and real estate law
  • Strong familiarity with TRID/RESPA requirements and Closing Disclosure preparation
  • Experience using LOS platforms such as Encompass, Hawthorne, or similar systems
  • Ability to stay calm under pressure and lead a team through deadlines, escalations, and complex files
