Role OverviewMDS Communications is seeking a Call Center Representative to make a difference in the lives of people in need. As a Communication Specialist, you'll receive in-depth training and work with a team to call donors and prospective donors on behalf of renowned charities. You'll communicate in a positive and engaging manner, secure financial gifts, and maintain productivity metrics.
What You Will Do
You'll receive in-depth training, be assigned to a team, and call for 4-8 different clients per day using predictive dialing equipment. You'll communicate with donors, secure financial gifts, and maintain minimum fundraising and productivity metrics.
