Job Description
The Pre-Approval Specialist/Jr Loan Officer will work with borrowers to prequalify, act as an Inside Loan officer, review loan applications, and analyze income and credit to issue pre-qualification and pre-approval letters.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of experience as a Loan Officer Assistant or Loan Officer
  • Strong understanding of FHA, VA, Conventional, and Non-QM loan programs
  • Skilled in income calculation and AUS guideline review
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Tech savvy; experience with LendingPad, Arive, and Monday.com preferred
