Job Description
Our client is seeking an experienced and motivated Private Money Loan Officer to join their growing team. This role offers a competitive fixed salary with commission potential, providing the opportunity for high earnings.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience as a loan officer, specifically with construction and fix-and-flip loan products.
  • Proven ability to self-produce leads and manage a pipeline of clients.
  • Strong understanding of private money lending, fix-and-flip financing, and construction loans.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to work effectively with real estate investors, developers, and other stakeholders.
  • Experience with underwriting, structuring, and closing private money loans.
  • Ability to work independently and manage a remote workload efficiently.
  • Bilingual (Spanish) is a plus
