Our client is a commercial flooring and construction solutions company seeking a highly organized and proactive Project Expeditor to support project logistics, procurement coordination, documentation workflows, and operational efficiency across multiple commercial flooring projects.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Supply Chain, Business, or related field preferred (or equivalent practical experience)
  • Previous experience in commercial flooring, construction operations, logistics coordination, material management, or related industries
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience coordinating project timelines, procurement workflows, and operational logistics
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to proactively identify and resolve issues
  • Proficiency with spreadsheets, project tracking systems, and construction-related software tools
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
