Role Overview

Lead the planning and delivery of the California Air Resources Board's Building Embodied Carbon Reporting Tool, an enterprise technology initiative. Guide schedules, risks, issues, cross-functional teams, and executive communication in an Agile/Scrum environment.

What You Will Do

Develop and maintain integrated project schedules, milestones, dependencies, and status reporting. Identify, document, escalate, and drive resolution of project risks and issues. Coordinate cross-functional business, technical, vendor, and stakeholder workstreams.

Five or more years of experience serving as a Project Manager. Project Manager experience on at least one completed IT project valued at $2 million or more that supported at least 1,000 users. Demonstrated leadership, organization, critical thinking, and constructive communication with stakeholders and executive leadership.

Requirements

  • Five or more years of experience serving as a Project Manager
  • Project Manager experience on at least one completed IT project valued at $2 million or more that supported at least 1,000 users
  • Five or more years of experience managing project schedules, risks, and issues
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Software Engineering, Business Administration, Engineering, or Public Administration
  • Demonstrated leadership, organization, critical thinking, and constructive communication with stakeholders and executive leadership
  • Experience in Agile project environments using Scrum
