Role OverviewThe Remote Regional Lead (LATAM) will take complete ownership of the LATAM operational engine, leading a cross-border team of approximately 20 Customer Success professionals. The role requires a trilingual operator (English, Spanish, Portuguese) with owner-level business judgment and deep experience in scaling distributed regional operations.
What You Will Do
The Regional Lead will oversee regional finance tracking, client health, team KPIs, talent acquisition, and AI-driven process automation. They will establish clear operating frameworks, accountability models, and standard operating procedures across Brazil, Argentina, Mexico, Chile, and Peru.

Requirements
- Trilingual Fluency: Exceptional written and spoken command of English, Spanish, and Portuguese (all three required)
- 7+ years of progressive professional experience in regional operations, customer success management, or business unit leadership across Latin America
- Proven track record managing multi-country, cross-cultural teams (~15+ members) with a focus on performance management and KPI enforcement
- Direct experience managing or overseeing regional commercial metrics (invoicing, collections, AR tracking, margin optimization, and account profitability)
- Demonstrated capability building operational structures, governance systems, and reporting cadences from scratch in fast-growing environments
- Active daily adoption of AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, automation integrations) to enhance team productivity, data reporting, and operational efficiency
