Job Description
The Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for existing customer account management, customer satisfaction, and working with our sales channel to expand our business in assigned territory.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in sales or SMT industry
  • Bachelor's degree in business or engineering (preferred)
  • Strong technical background (electronics, mechanical, or manufacturing engineering)
  • Proven B2B sales experience, ideally in capital equipment
  • Excellent relationship-building and communication skills
  • Self-driven and able to work independently with minimal supervision
