Job Description
Support due diligence transaction delivery by partnering with Transaction Management and Quality to meet client service level agreements, maintain production quality, and ensure clean, accurate deliverables.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of mortgage due diligence experience in the secondary mortgage market
  • Due diligence underwriting experience covering credit and compliance
  • Strong understanding of TRID and mortgage regulatory compliance requirements
  • Confidence performing complex income analysis involving multiple REOs
  • Prior supervisory experience at a TPR firm
