Role OverviewAs a mid-level Renewable Development Engineer, you will be the primary liaison for development, bid support, and/or preliminary (0%-30%) PV, BESS and Wind design. You will work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders to perform preliminary PV electrical and PV civil design.
What You Will Do
Designs PV, BESS and Wind projects in all areas of the US, acts as a liaison between the solar design team and relevant internal and external stakeholders, and delivers preliminary PV, BESS and/or Wind design (0-30%).

Requirements
- Bachelor’s in Electrical Engineering, Electrical Engineering Technology, or Civil Engineering from an accredited institution
- 2 – 6 years of relevant engineering or field experience
- Experience with energy modeling using PVsyst
- Experience with AutoCAD and preferred PVCase
- Strong skills in Microsoft Office including Excel, Word, Project
- Basic understanding electrical and civil engineering with specific emphasis on PV solar
- Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing with customers and internal personnel
- Must be self-motivated, well-organized, and a skilled decision maker that is comfortable in a fast-paced design environment
- Possesses excellent problem-solving skills
- Commercial understanding of the engineering or construction industries
- Possesses effective written and oral communications skills
- Good interpersonal and people skills
