Role OverviewWe are seeking dedicated and talented individuals for roles ranging from entry-level Technician 1 to senior Technician 3 to perform maintenance, repair, and operational activities on utility-scale renewable energy assets, including wind turbines, Photovoltaic (PV) power systems, and Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS).
What You Will Do
The level of autonomy, technical complexity, and leadership responsibility distinctly separates the three technician roles. Primary focus includes on-the-job autonomy & leadership, assists experienced technicians with maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs, performs preventative maintenance independently, and conducts routine troubleshooting, repairs, and minor upgrades.

Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 0 to 1 year in renewable energy or equivalent field
- 1 to 2 years in renewable energy or similar discipline
- 2+ years renewable energy experience
- Ability to complete all required training upon hire
- Must meet Qualified Electrical Worker standards
- Must possess a valid driver's license
