Job Description
The Renewal Coordinator position serves as the Licensing Renewal Coordinator of the Indiana Department of Insurance (IDOi), responsible for maintaining state compliance with laws, rules, and policies for insurance producer and agency renewals and reinstatements.

Requirements

  • Maintaining state compliance with laws, rules, and policies for insurance producer and agency renewals and reinstatements
  • Accepting and reviewing license renewal and reinstatement applications
  • Verifying possible disqualifications on an individual or firm's record
  • Processing license reinstatement waiver forms
  • Advising candidates on reinstatement process and requirements
  • Tracking reinstatement progress
  • Maintaining IDOi licensing renewal and reinstatement web pages
  • Troubleshooting system errors and addressing concerns
  • Implementing system or process improvements
  • Managing communications with internal and external stakeholders
  • Coordinating with Education Coordinator for CE due-date extension forms and CE retirement exemption forms
