Role OverviewGalpin Motors is seeking a Rental Agent for its Hollywood Studio Rentals Location. The successful candidate will work with an industry leader and join the Galpin Family of Dealerships. The role involves assisting customers through the rental process, providing positive customer experiences, and resolving customer issues.
What You Will Do
Assist customers through the entire rental process, provide a positive customer experience, resolve customer issues, and complete physical inventory audits of vehicles.
Why It Might Be a Fit
The successful candidate will have excellent written and verbal communication skills, be proficient in computer skills, and have a strong problem-solving and follow-up skills. Bilingual (English/Spanish) is preferred.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record
- Knowledge of California Rental Laws (preferred)
- 2-5 years experience as a Cashier, Front Office Representative, or similar role
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) (preferred)
- Proficient Computer Skills
- Ability to work as a team and/or independently
- Excellent organizational skills
- Strong problem-solving and follow-up skills
- Detail-oriented and possesses high integrity
