Coordinate rental requests, negotiate rental pricing, track rental durations, schedule heavy equipment and material movements, and optimize routes and schedules.

Requirements
- Coordinate rental requests and equipment availability
- Negotiate rental pricing and terms
- Track rental durations, utilization, and returns
- Schedule heavy equipment and material movements
- Coordinate drivers, trucks, trailers, and third-party hauling providers
- Optimize routes and schedules
- Monitor equipment availability and utilization
- Enforce DOT, load securement, permitting, and applicable transportation safety requirements
- Monitor rental and hauling expenses against budgets
- Maintain accurate movement records, rental documentation, and expense reporting
- Supervise assigned transportation personnel
