Job Description
Tulsa Housing is hiring a Rental Assistance Manager to join a team that's creating a better Tulsa! The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree and/or two to four years related experience and/or training. Responsibilities include auditing work, reviewing reports, providing training, and supervising a team of five to eight employees.
Requirements
Valid Oklahoma driver’s license
Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from four-year college or university and/or two to four years related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience
Knowledge of HUD guidelines, LIHTC, and Fair Housing Standards preferred
Experience handling high volumes of case loads
Organizational skills, effective communication, detail orientated, customer service, preferred
Supervisory experience for a small team, preferred
