Job Description
Tulsa Housing is hiring a Rental Assistance Manager to join a team that's creating a better Tulsa! The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree and/or two to four years related experience and/or training. Responsibilities include auditing work, reviewing reports, providing training, and supervising a team of five to eight employees.

Requirements

  • Valid Oklahoma driver’s license
  • Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from four-year college or university and/or two to four years related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Knowledge of HUD guidelines, LIHTC, and Fair Housing Standards preferred
  • Experience handling high volumes of case loads
  • Organizational skills, effective communication, detail orientated, customer service, preferred
  • Supervisory experience for a small team, preferred
