Key responsibilities include leading, developing, and managing branch employees, overseeing daily equipment rental operations and workflow, and ensuring rental equipment is inspected, repaired, maintained, and ready to meet customer demand.

Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- College degree preferred; equivalent relevant experience will be considered
- Minimum 5 years of experience in the heavy equipment industry
- Minimum 3 years of experience in the equipment rental industry
- Previous experience managing or leading an equipment rental operation strongly preferred
- Proven ability to lead employees and manage a fast-paced operation
- Strong understanding of equipment rental processes and customer service
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint
- Self-motivated with the ability to manage multiple priorities with minimal supervision
- Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus
