Job Description
BearCom is seeking a Rental Coordinator to provide short-term rental services of two-way communication equipment to customers. The successful candidate will coordinate all aspects of rental service, including consulting, order taking, equipment programming, product training, customer service, and invoicing.

Requirements

  • 1 year in fast-paced environment and/or events business preferred
  • Strong sense of urgency and attention to detail
  • Ability to Work Under Pressure
  • Strong communication and ability to develop relationships with event holders
  • Experience in writing and compiling reports
  • Ability lift and/or move up to 50 pounds
  • Some college preferred or experience in similar role
