Job Description
We're hiring a sales-led, player–coach to build pipeline, lead a rental sales team, and grow utilization with bundled, high‐reliability temporary power solutions. As a Rental Equipment Sales Manager - Power Generation, you'll own revenue, pipeline, and pricing strategy for rental power across all segments and lead a rental sales team.

Requirements

  • 5–10 years in power generation/equipment rental sales with field deployment familiarity.
  • Working technical knowledge: amps, cabling, transformers, temporary distribution, basic load calculations.
  • Strong commercial acumen (pricing, utilization, OP) and logistics literacy (rigging, freight, fueling).
  • Builder mindset: can implement rate cards, SOPs, and playbooks while coaching a team.
  • Bonus: relationships in construction GC, healthcare/utility, wastewater, and data‐center segments; Salesforce/Dynamics experience
