Job Description
We are currently offering up to a $5,000 sign-on bonus for Rental Field Service Technician new hires. The Rental Field Service Technician applies basic mechanical aptitude to perform maintenance and repairs to Caterpillar and allied rental equipment in the shop and at customer job sites.

Requirements

  • Excellent troubleshooting and analytical skills
  • Basic mechanical aptitude
  • Ability to perform repairs safely
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to learn and apply new knowledge
  • Proficient in technical software, databases and manuals
  • Excellent driving record with ability to obtain CDL and/or DOT certification
  • Ability to work any shift and overtime as needed
  • Promote a positive customer experience
