Role OverviewJoin the Hogan team in Obetz as a Rental Manager, responsible for the sales & operational activities of our commercial truck rental product line. This includes business development, account management, customer service, asset management, and overall product line performance.
What You Will Do
Manage a multi-million-dollar fleet, make decisions to maximize revenue and profitability, create an efficient rental operation, provide outstanding service to customers, pursue new commercial rental accounts, and execute sales & marketing strategies.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree (or equivalent)
- 2+ years sales and/or leadership experience
- Ability to develop positive business relationships
- Analytical and problem-solving mentality
- Ability to work well within a professional team environment
- Strong desire to take initiative and compete in a sales-driven department
- Desire to face and address new challenges
- Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced work environment
- Strong organizational skills with great attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Valid driver's license with no more than 2 moving violations and/or at fault accidents in the past 3 years
- No drug or alcohol related conviction on your record in the past 3 years
- Authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship
