Role OverviewReporting to the Store Manager, this position is responsible for the management of the Ski / Snowboard Rental Department including staff supervision, training and inventory control to achieve the maximum profitability while providing the best-in-class guest service.
What You Will Do
Maintain high-standard for guest service through personal behavior and leadership, demonstrate excellent knowledge of products and industry trends, ensure staff members are trained and knowledgeable with proper binding DIN setting practices, and protect company assets through loss prevention techniques.
Why It Might Be a Fit
Strong ski and/or snowboard background, prior leadership experience in ski / snowboard rental operations, high school diploma or equivalent, self-motivated and able to multi-task, experienced with POS systems preferred, proficient with Microsoft Office products, and excellent verbal and written communications skills.
