Role OverviewReporting to the Store Manager, this position is responsible for the management of the Ski / Snowboard Rental Department including staff supervision, training and inventory control to achieve the maximum profitability while providing the best-in-class guest service.
What You Will Do
Maintain the high-standard for guest service through personal behavior and leadership, demonstrate excellent knowledge of products and industry trends, and ensure staff members are trained and knowledgeable with proper binding DIN setting practices.

Strong ski and/or snowboard background, prior leadership experience in ski / snowboard rental operations, and excellent verbal and written communications skills are required.
Requirements
- Strong ski and/or snowboard background
- Prior leadership experience in ski / snowboard rental operations
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Must be self-motivated and have the ability to multi-task
- Experienced with POS systems preferred
- Proficient with Microsoft Office products to include Outlook, Excel and Word
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
