Job Description
Rep I - Customer Service position at Total Safety, providing customer service and support, answering customer inquiries, taking orders, and resolving issues. Requires excellent PC skills, MS Office proficiency, and knowledge of company services and applications. Work is primarily office-based with occasional visits to the shop area.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED plus additional specialized courses or Associate's Degree in related field
  • Customer Service/Sales experience in-house or similar environment
  • Knowledge of departmental function, procedures, terminology and interrelationships
  • Experience in Industrial Safety commodities and/or Rental Equipment products and services
