Role OverviewRepair and Tool Technicians are responsible for the evaluation and repair of small engines, outdoor power equipment, and handheld electrical devices. They work in stores with Tool Rental Centers and in repair centers, providing service to customers and maintaining equipment.
What You Will Do
Evaluate and repair equipment, make recommendations, and ensure units are maintained. Provide service to customers, write contracts and invoices, and demonstrate equipment use. Manage tool inventory and maintain tools.
