Role OverviewRepair and Tool Technicians are responsible for evaluating and repairing small engines, outdoor power equipment, and handheld electrical devices. They work in stores with Tool Rental Centers and in repair centers, providing service to customers and maintaining equipment.
What You Will Do
Technicians will write customer contracts and invoices, check equipment, and demonstrate its proper use. They will also ensure units are repaired, tested, and cleaned prior to returning to the store.
