Role OverviewOperate machinery in a safe and efficient manner, inspect product for defects, and assemble product as per instructions. Communicate efficiently with other employees and the leadership team to ensure quality product is made timely. Perform weekly EHS audits and participate in Safety Kaizens and Masonite Plant Kaizens.

Operate machinery, inspect product for defects, assemble product, perform EHS audits, participate in Safety Kaizens, and communicate with other employees.

Requirements
- High school degree
- Ability to read, interpret, and follow production schedules
- Ability to use wood craftsmanship tools to repair doors
- Ability to identify defects and make repairs
- Ability to communicate with other employees and the leadership team
