Role OverviewThis position involves inspecting doors for defects, repairing doors as needed, and performing other assigned duties. The role requires high attention to detail, good attendance and safety records, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team. The position is part of the 2nd shift, working from 5:00pm-3:30am Monday-Thursday.
What You Will Do
Responsibilities include inspecting doors for defects, repairing doors as needed, recording rejects with proper codes, and helping push doors down the line and to the paint booth. The position also involves filling in for vacancies as needed and performing other assigned duties.

Requirements
- Must be able to read and interpret production tickets.
- Must be able to read a tape measure and have basic math skills.
- Must have product knowledge and computer skills.
- Must have good attendance and safety records.
- Must demonstrate solid teamwork abilities.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Ability to work well independently, as well as part of a team
