Job Description
We are looking for a Repair Shop Foreman to lead and grow our teams, with a focus on high-quality repairs and shop efficiency. You will be a great fit if you can lead a team of technicians and general service staff, maintain high-quality repairs and shop efficiency, coach and mentor your team, and help uphold a positive culture while contributing hands-on as a technician.

Requirements

  • At least 5 years of automotive experience, with leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
  • Must be a team player with a professional attitude - culture is everything!
  • Strong work ethic with the ability to adapt and learn.
