Job Description
Are you ready to take the lead in a fast-paced aviation role that promises to make a significant impact? As the Repair Station Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in overseeing the daily operations of our client’s FAA 145 Repair Station. This is a chance to work at the forefront of aviation maintenance, ensuring safety and compliance while driving efficiency and quality.
Requirements
Minimum of 5 years of experience managing a 145 FAA Repair Station or as an A&P mechanic.
Demonstrated technical expertise in repairing inflight entertainment systems.
In-depth knowledge of FARs and proficiency in managing employee operations and interviews.
Experience with inventory management and inspection processes.
Experience in wireless sales is a plus.
