Role OverviewAs a Repair Technician, you'll work primarily on our PM shift, making sure our guests are set up with perfectly tuned equipment so they can enjoy the mountain to the fullest. You'll use your technical skills, product knowledge, and passion for snow sports to deliver best-in-class service and keep our guests coming back.
What You Will Do
Build trust with guests by providing accurate information and excellent service. Assess when skis or snowboards need tuning or repair and recommend the best service option. Perform ski and snowboard tuning: sharpening, waxing, mounting, drilling, and more.
Why It Might Be a Fit
Strong ski or snowboard background and a love for the sport. Self-motivated, able to multitask, and detail oriented. Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
