Role OverviewAs a Repair Technician, you'll make sure our guests are set up with perfectly tuned equipment so they can enjoy the mountain to the fullest. From sharpening edges and waxing skis to handling complex repairs, you'll use your technical skills, product knowledge, and passion for snow sports to deliver best-in-class service and keep our guests coming back.
What You Will Do
Perform ski and snowboard tuning: sharpening, waxing, mounting, drilling, and more. Maintain accurate pricing and ensure promotions are up to date. Keep the workshop clean, organized, and operating safely. Follow all Christy Sports safety standards and procedures in the repair shop.
Why It Might Be a Fit
Strong ski or snowboard background and a love for the sport. Self-motivated, able to multitask, and detail oriented. Comfortable with POS systems (preferred). Excellent communication skills (written and verbal). Able to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
