Role OverviewAs a Repair Technician I at Aerzen USA Corp., you will be responsible for disassembling and evaluating incoming blowers, compressors, and other Aerzen products, diagnosing and recommending action, completing machine repairs, and preparing reports. You will work with a dynamic team of professionals and have the opportunity to travel 10-20% for training and customer visits.
What You Will Do
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include tearing down and evaluating equipment, diagnosing damage, identifying root causes of failure, and recommending further actions for repair. You will also assemble Aerzen products, perform repairs and rebuilds, and prepare written repair reports.
Why It Might Be a Fit
We are looking for a candidate with 1-3 years of experience in mechanical, rotating equipment, and/or engineer repair. You should have a high school diploma (GED) and be able to work well independently or with others in a fast-paced environment. You will be able to use a forklift, ladder, hand/power tools, and other equipment regularly.

- Welding Certification (brazing, cutting, welding, plasma)
- Forklift Certification
- Computer skills in Windows, Microsoft Office, and Internet Usage
