Job Description
We are seeking a Replenishment Team Member to ensure merchandise is properly located in the backroom and down stocking product. The ideal candidate is friendly, self-motivated, and dependable, with a high school diploma or GED and the ability to work a flexible schedule.

Requirements

  • Down stocking of all product based on sales priority
  • Properly locating extra product in capstock and backstock
  • Fulfilling generated pick lists from merchandise scans
  • Returning warehouse carts and recovering work areas to standards
  • Notifying Team Leads or Management regarding out-of-stock or fast selling merchandise
  • Promoting Fleet Farm customer loyalty program, credit card, and other company initiatives
