Role OverviewThe Reporting and Analytics Team Lead provides high-level expert advice, technical guidance, and operational leadership to the TSA I&A Vetting Analysis Division. This role supervises a team responsible for data management, analytics, predictive modeling, and business intelligence across VAD operational programs.
What You Will Do
The person in this role will lead the design, execution, and automation of data pipelines, analytics tasks, dashboards, and KPI tracking. They will also guide the application of statistical techniques, quantitative/qualitative analysis, predictive modeling, and AI/machine learning tools.

- Mastery of client/agency policies, procedures, data validation, and approval processes
- Demonstrated proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Qlik), Microsoft 365 applications (Excel, SharePoint, Power Automate), and databases (e.g., Oracle, MicroStrategy, MySQL)
- Working knowledge of tracking tools like IBM Engineering Workflow Management (EWM)
- Security Clearances/Suitability: Must meet TSA public trust/suitability requirements (e.g., Tier 2 Moderate Risk)
