Job Description
The Reporting Developer will design and develop Tableau or PowerBI solutions with a strong background in contact center reporting concepts and expertise in big data, NoSQL, and SQL data query/extraction coding.

Requirements

  • Develop and manage native Genesys Cloud CX reports and dashboards.
  • Design and develop reporting solutions using Tableau and/or PowerBI.
  • Conduct data query/extraction coding using big data, NoSQL, and SQL technologies.
  • Collaborate with various teams to ensure reporting solutions meet business requirements.
