Job Description
The Maryland Department of Human Services is seeking a Director, Policy and Training to direct, review, analyze, interpret, develop, and implement all policy, regulations, legislation, communications, publications, forms, and training efforts administered by the Child Support Administration (CSA).
Requirements
Directs the development, implementation, and maintenance of up-to-date legislation, regulations, policy, and training for all CSA programs.
Directs the maintenance of current, accurate, and federally approved state plan and amendments for the Maryland child support program on file with the federal Office of Child Support Services.
Interprets federal/state laws, developing written regulations, policies and procedures for working with other DHS agencies to administer public assistance programs in Maryland.
Ensures the Maryland Child Support Guidelines are reviewed every four years as required by federal regulation.
