Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Minimum of 6 months to 1 year of experience in Technical Support, Helpdesk, or Technical Call Center setting
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, Browsers, and Remote Connectivity tools
  • Knowledge of industry standard software packages (Microsoft Office, Internet Explorer, Google Chrome, Apple Safari, Android OS, iOS)
  • Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment
