Job Description
ViaPath is seeking Technical Support Representatives – Tier 1 to join their Tech Support department. The role involves providing technical support to customers through phone and remote troubleshooting, maintaining documentation, and contributing to upgrades. Requirements
High School Diploma or GED
Minimum of 6 months to 1 year of experience in Technical Support, Helpdesk, or Technical Call Center setting
Proficient in Microsoft Office, Browsers, and Remote Connectivity tools
Knowledge of industry standard software packages (Microsoft Office, Internet Explorer, Google Chrome, Apple Safari, Android OS, iOS)
Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
Ability to work independently and in a team environment
Excellent organizational and research skills
