GENEX Cooperative is seeking a Reproductive Program Senior Technician to provide AI insemination services, breeding program assistance, and sales support to dairy and beef cattle producers in Eau Claire and Chippewa Counties, WI. The role focuses on improving profit potential, client satisfaction, and generating new business. The position is primarily dairy-oriented with 1% beef focus.

Requirements

  • Strong dairy background with experience working with dairy cows
  • Degree in Agriculture or equivalent experience is preferred
  • Experience in heat detection on large farms
  • Aggressive sales and service person with self-motivation
  • Strong communication and people skills
  • Willingness to learn and develop professionally
  • Computer skills, with a plus ability to work with herd management software
