Resale Merchandise & Pricing

As a Pricer at RWB Thrift, you will play a pivotal role in setting prices for merchandise destined for the sales floor. Your responsibilities include accurately assessing the value of donated items based on condition, quality, and market trends, and applying appropriate pricing strategies to maximize sales while maintaining competitive pricing.

Assess the value of donated items, apply pricing strategies, utilize pricing tools, and maintain documentation and records of pricing decisions.

Requirements

• Previous experience in retail pricing or related field preferred
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to evaluate product value and market trends

• Proficiency in using pricing tools and software applications
• Knowledge of thrift store operations and merchandise categories is a plus
