Role OverviewProvide fractional legal support for the proposed fellowship program's research, university and participant agreements. Review fellowship, research-participation, university and intellectual-property agreements and advise Axyde on substantive exceptions.
What You Will Do
Review agreements, assess provisions, advise on appointment/payment classifications, support subcontract and institutional agreement terms, develop practical routing guidance and administrator training.
