Role OverviewThe Research Analyst will develop foundational business acumen by building knowledge of the industry and market landscape. They will conduct comprehensive industry and market research, provide detailed market and competitive analyses, and collaborate with the Recruiter and Client Partner to translate research findings into actionable insights.
What You Will Do
The Research Analyst will develop and maintain the internal database, source candidates for client searches, and support logistical elements of search processes. They will also assist in preparing search documentation, maintain database accuracy and compliance, and contribute research and insights to business pitches.
