Role OverviewAs a Research Analyst at Mercor, you will develop high-quality research questions, answers, and evaluation materials to train advanced language models. You will gather and summarize information from diverse sources to support AI model training, provide structured feedback to improve AI model outputs and training data quality, and work independently and asynchronously to meet deadlines and elevate model performance.
