Job Description
Join our transformative team at Calibr-Skaggs Institute for Innovative Medicines as a Research Assistant I- Clinical. We're a nonprofit translational research institute dedicated to creating the next generation of medicines. You'll provide hands-on support across laboratory operations and clinical research execution, working under direct supervision and growing in independence as competency develops.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant scientific discipline
  • 1-3 years of laboratory or clinical research experience
  • Foundational competency in basic cell culture techniques
  • Familiarity with standard laboratory equipment
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow protocols accurately
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple concurrent responsibilities
  • Comfort with electronic data systems and basic data entry
