Job Description
Works under general direction to plan, coordinate, supervise, and participate in assigned research projects or perform more complex research assignments. Combines research support with strong administrative and organizational responsibilities to advance the mission of the Department of Surgery’s Basic Research Science office.

Requirements

  • Master's degree with major coursework in field of assignment
  • 1 year of experience as Research Assistant I or equivalent with Master's degree
  • 2 years of experience including one year as Research Assistant I or equivalent with Bachelor's degree
  • 5 years of experience, including one year as Research Assistant I or equivalent with two years of college
  • 7 years of experience, including one year as Research Assistant I or equivalent with High School Diploma or GED equivalent
